Parents,

 Thank you for the excellent turnout this evening for our sponsored night at Wings & Rings, and for our Uniform Fitting.

 We are excited to have over 50 kids playing with the Bombers this year!

 Your Head Coach will contact you prior to January 1st with our January Practice Schedules.  First Practices will be the weekend of January 8th.  As you saw tonight we have access to our own hitting facility 

and each team will have 2 scheduled times per week during January.  These practices are encouraged unless your child is playing a winter sport and you have a conflict.  We will also hold periodic “open” 

sessions for anyone wanting to come bat on a first come first served basis.

Practice Schedules will be completed and update monthly for January & February, and the a final schedule will be completed for the season.

 Lebanon Bombers Baseball

As A Reminder, Lebanon Bombers Uniform Fittings are Dec 13th.
They will be held at the Lebanon Bombers Indoor Hitting Facility at
757 Columbus Avenue (Behind Salon 757) in Lebanon. Team times are
below. If you cannot make your team’s time you are welcome to come at
one of the other teams time, but we will ask you to wait until the
other players are completed during that time slot.

First Practices / Batting Practices are scheduled for the first
weekend after the new year. (Weekend of January 7th). Your head coach
will confirm with you prior to then.

Team times are listed again below:

11u Black 6:00 – 6:30 pm
12u Black 6:30 – 7:00 pm
12u Maroon 7:00 – 7:30 pm
13u Maroon 7:30 – 8:00 pm
13u Black 8:00 – 8:30 pm

Players will be sized for pants / jerseys, hats, helmets and jackets
during this time. An area for your player to change clothes will be
available.

Attached is also the Lebanon Bombers Night Flyer for Wings and rings
right down the road from our facility. This business has been
generous enough to donate 25% of all sales back to our team. We have
worked to get the kids the best equipment possible, and this helps our
club to offset the cost of both equimpent and our indoor facility.
Please forward the flyer to friends or neighbors who might support the
team. We will have extra flyers at the facility as well. Please
present the flyer so credit will go to our team.

If for some reason this is the first email you are getting regarding
the fitting. Please do not panic, contact us and re-schedule a time
ASAP and we will work with you.
